Terms of Service

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Infringe upon any third-party copyrights or other rights (such as trademarks, privacy, etc.)
• Use the service to publish, upload, or share pornographic, hate speech, defamatory, or discriminatory content
• Use the service to exploit minors or depict illegal activities or extreme violence
• Use the service to promote fraud schemes or any suspicious money-making schemes

• Billing is calculated based on actual resource usage in days
• If usage time is less than one day, billing is based on actual hours used
• Charges accrue continuously from the time an application is deployed until it is terminated
• You must maintain sufficient account balance to cover usage charges
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment

Refund Policy

• Used Services: All charges for services that have been used (including active deployments, consumed resources, or completed transactions) are final and non-refundable. Once resources have been provisioned and utilized, these fees cannot be refunded.
• Account Balance: You may request a refund of unused account balance at any time. Refund requests must be submitted through our support system or by contacting support@varfly.com.
• Processing Time: Valid refund requests for unused balance will be processed within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, or as otherwise agreed upon.
• Verification: We reserve the right to verify account activity and ensure no outstanding charges before processing a refund request.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method whenever possible. If a refund to the original method is not possible, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
• Minimum Refund Amount: We may apply a minimum refund amount threshold. Please contact our support team for specific details regarding minimum refund amounts.

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Security breaches or unauthorized access

• Your access to the service will be immediately suspended
• Any outstanding charges will be due and payable
• We may delete your data and applications after a reasonable retention period
• You remain liable for all charges incurred prior to termination
